Role Overview

We are hiring Drawback Managers across multiple experience levels (I, II & III). The Drawback Manager role is designed as a growth path, where individuals can enter at the appropriate level and progress as they build technical expertise, client ownership, and leadership capability. 

Drawback Managers are responsible for preparing, managing, and filing duty drawback claims while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strong client outcomes. As experience increases, the role expands from execution to ownership and ultimately leadership. 

Drawback Progression Path

Drawback Manager I – Foundation and Execution

Focus: Building core skills and executing assigned work accurately

What you’ll do:

  • Complete assigned tasks with accuracy and timeliness
  • Perform import/export data entry and apply validation rules
  • Support lower-complexity clients and claims
  • Assist senior team members on more advanced work
  • Follow SOPs and learn drawback systems and processes

Compensation:

  • Base: $45,000 – $80,000
  • Target Bonus: $36,000
  • Target Total: $81,000 – $116,000

 

Drawback Manager II – Ownership and Problem Solving

Focus: Full client ownership and independent execution

What you’ll do:

  • Manage clients and claims end-to-end
  • Handle moderate to high-complexity drawback programs
  • Identify and resolve data or compliance issues proactively
  • Prioritize workload and meet deadlines independently
  • Support onboarding and mentor junior team members
  • Contribute to process improvements

Compensation:

  • Base: $70,000 – $115,000
  • Target Bonus: $48,000
  • Target Total: $118,000 – $163,000

 

Drawback Manager III – Leadership and Strategic Execution

Focus: Leading people, quality, and complex programs

What you’ll do:

  • Lead complex client programs and first claims
  • Supervise, review, and guide other Drawback Managers
  • Oversee audits, validations, and compliance quality
  • Train team members on systems and processes
  • Manage competing priorities across multiple complexity tiers
  • Identify and implement improvements to team performance

Compensation:

  • Base: $100,000 – $130,000
  • Target Bonus: $60,000
  • Target Total: $160,000 – $190,000

  • High accuracy with minimal rework or compliance risk
  • Consistent ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
  • Strong ownership of assigned work and client outcomes
